Shaheen’s Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 4-7 business days. Please allow additional time for customization or special orders.
Shipping Methods: We only offer standard shipping options provided by UPS and USPS. Due to the nature of the business we do not offer expedited or next day shipping.
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shaheen’s Return Policy
Return Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please fill out our returns/exchange form and mail your items to us. All items purchased may be returned/exchanged at any of our brick-and-mortar locations.
Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
