Shaheen’s Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Our team works hard to get orders out as quickly as possible. During peak back-to-school season in July and August, processing and shipping times may extend to 1–2 weeks depending on order volume and product availability. Ordering early is the best way to help avoid peak-season delays.
Shipping Methods: We only offer standard shipping options provided by UPS and USPS. Due to the nature of the business, we do not offer expedited or next-day shipping.
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shaheen’s Return Policy
Return Eligibility: Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from delivery. All garments must be in their original condition—unwashed, unworn, and with tags still attached. Items that are not eligible for return or exchange will be clearly marked as final sale in the product description.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please fill out our returns/exchange form and mail your items to us. If you no longer have the form and are still within the 30-day return window, simply include your return or exchange request on a piece of paper with your shipment. All items purchased may also be returned/exchanged at any of our brick-and-mortar locations.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all returns and exchanges. If an item is defective, please contact us so we can assist and make it right.
